Moraira and the Costa Blanca are reference points of Mediterranean gastronomy; a healthy, tasty and nutritional cuisine, based on local products such as fresh fish and seafood, meat, rice and on our most treasured ingredient: olive oil.

Wine culture is well extended in the Mediterranean area, ancestrally a privileged place for wine production due to Alicante‘s warm climate. Including the Marina Alta white wines, the sweet wines  and the well balanced, fruity red wines with full texture.

In the Swiss Hotel restaurant you can enjoy Mediterranean cooking, with market produce, always fresh and seasonal, although enhanced with a touch of vanguard.

We have a well stocked wine cellar where you can find the perfect wine to accompany our chef’s creations. Bottles from the regions of Alicante, Rioja,  Ribera del Duero and Valencia to say the least. Simply exquisite!

The Swiss Hotel breakfast is typically Mediterranean, with seasonal fresh fruit, fresh eggs, homegrown tomatoes as well as bread and Spanish sliced meats. It’s prepared daily and early in the morning, always varied and tasty.
