SMOKE – FREE HOTEL
Our hotel is smoke-free. We do have ashtrays in the outdoor areas, however.
For COVID19 reason it is not possible to smoke in the common terraces.
Also, in case of smoking inside the room (odor is detected), there will be an additional charge for extra cleaning of the room and its components.

Our breakfast is assisted buffet style, with a schedule from Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 h. Weekends, from 8:00 to 10:30 h.
To avoid crowds, please tell us at the Reception the time slot in which you want to have breakfast.
If you suffer from allergies or intolerances, please let us know, to take into account your special requirements.
THE SWISS RESTAURANT
We serve Lunch from 13:30 p.m. to 15:30 h. Dinner from 20:00 to 22:30 h.
Our Restaurant is an intimate space with a limited number of tables. In order to assure your seat, we strongly recommend to make a previous reservation.
Our capacity is limited, so prior reservation (on-line or at Reception) is an essential requirement.
Our menu is based on Mediterranean cuisine with signature touches. We offer a careful and chosen selection of dishes with the best qualities and local products.
Do not forget to ask our staff for the Suggestions of the day: From the sea and the mountains, to the table.
THE POOL
Our pool is the heart of the hotel throughout the summer season. It is open from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. In our “Bar de la Piscina” we offer all kinds of drinks and cocktails. In winter time, please ask for your drinks at the Cafeteria near the Front Desk. You can also send us a whatsapp message to +34 634 392 122.
The lush vegetation with palm trees and green walls creates a feeling of calm and intimacy in the entire terrace – solarium area.
SPA / WELLNESS
We have a nice private Spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna, thermal shower and rest area. Sessions last 60 minutes. Its reservation hours are from 9:00 to 21:15 h
We also have a team of professional masseurs and therapists. Consult our website to see the catalog of treatments and massages.

For structural reasons unrelated to the company, in most of our facilities THERE IS NO MOBILE COVERAGE. However, from Reception we will gladly indicate the companies and areas with the best coverage.

WIFI
We have the highest quality fiber optics and free access for our guests. Access “Swiss wifi” through your rrss or an email address.

They are in Reception (under deposit). The deposit is canceled with your return.
ROOM SERVICE 24 h
We can bring your food or drink to your room from 0 to 24 h.
During restaurant hours, we can bring you any dish from our menu (check website or qr) or drink. Outside restaurant hours, to eat, check our 24-hour Room service menu on the qr
CONCIERGE
Our multilingual staff is at the Reception. The team is expertly qualified to assist you with restaurant reservations, arrange transportation, activity information, and anything else you may need.
WASHING AND IRONING SERVICE
We are happy to offer same-day washing and ironing service for any item delivered before 9:00 a.m. Please place your items in the drawstring laundry bag located in your closet and notify the Front Desk. Items will be returned before 4pm. This service is with additional charge.
EMERGENCY
The hotel has plans with instructions and emergency exits closest to each room. These exits are adequately signposted. If necessary, make use of the fire extinguishers located in each of the corridors and common areas. If you have any further questions, please contact our Security team directly through Reception.
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning service is offered daily, with a change of clothes every three days to protect the environment. If you have any specific requests or a preferential cleaning service schedule during your stay, please contact our Reception team.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
We have at your disposal iron and ironing boards. Please ask us at Reception.
LOST OBJECTS
Reception maintains a record of lost items found and will be happy to assist you in recovering any items you may have lost during your stay with us. Please contact us for further assistance.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Please let us know if you need help with your luggage or want to store it at any point during your stay, and a member of the team will help you.

KIDS
We are not a family oriented hotel. However, on request, we have cots for babies with an additional charge.
PETS
We are a pet friendly hotel. Pets are not allowed to stay at the Restaurant or Cafeteria. We trust our clients to act responsibly.
